Giving & Asking Opinion: Dialogue

Jane and Alexa were sisters. They sometimes fought and argued, but they were truly open-minded people.

One day,
*on call*
Jane: Where are you?
Alexa: I'm still at Brad's party. What's wrong?
Jane: We're going on a trip next week. Do you have any idea of where to go?
Alexa: It's too loud here. I'm on my way home.
Jane: OK.
*end call*

Alexa arrived at home,
Mom: Where have you been? We have already decided where to go.
Alexa: Seriously? Where?
Mom: Hawaii.
Alexa: This might be acceptable if we go there on Summer.
Mom: Well, what about Rome?
Alexa: ROME? Absolutely. Let's go!
Mom: Jane, come here.
Jane: What's wrong? I thought we have agreed about next trip's destination.
Mom: Your sister said Hawaii is better visited on Summer. So, how about Rome?
Jane: Seriously, Rome? There's nothing to see there. We have gone to Rome about years ago and I don't think it's a good idea to go backthere. There are still many trip destinations to go, except Rome.
Alexa: But, I don't agree of going to Hawaii. It's Autumn now, not summer.
Jane: Well, Paris? What do you think?
Mom: I'll go along with anything you both chose.
Alexa: Hm, Paris? What did attract you?
Jane: Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museums, bakery shops and the warm weather.
Alexa: Hm. OK. I agree.
Jane: Good. Mom we're going to Paris.
Mom: I'll tell your dad.

Heritage Walk

Last Friday, my school held an annual scout event that is called "CAMPRT: Camping Warga Tiga ". It actually had to be a camping event, instead of strolling around Bandung through the heritage buildings. I used to hate scouting, or anything related with it. But, 2020's CAMPRT wasn't that bad, though I started to get bored in the end of the event. The event started on 7 o'clock, with a great opening from my Citizenship's teacher and The Scout Leader. Continued with solving Aksara Sunda as a term to do the next mission. We worked as a team and gladfully I got my best fellows with being The Team Leader. After that, we had to solve a mission that consisted of 4 mini games. They are mozaic puzzles, building miniature, pioneering, and general knowledge test. The team that solved a mini game well, could got a stamp from The Scouts. And on the end, my team just got 2 stamps out of 4. Haha. I said that I hate scouting and so my team. So, we ain't good enough on ...

At that time, my mom was avowed of having pregnancy disorder while impregnate my little sister and it's one of the reason why I determined to be an Obstetrician-Gynecologist Doctor in the future. Besides that, my family, my big family, relied on me. They believed that I was the only person who had many potentials and was the only one that able to become a Doctor among the other family members.     Time passed by. Puberty hit me not just physically, but mentally. It changed my way of thinking and a huge urge for being independent with my own decision. It started when I was in Junior High School. Technology had developed in such many ways. I could even say that I can't live without technology, really. Because of that, I was interested on working in IT circumference. I believed that I could always grow in conjunction with the development of technology itself. I also realized that technology isn't just my pa...
